Pleasantly Surprised
I read the reviews about Zavvi after making the purchase and was suddenly very nervous about how legit the company and their products were. However, I placed my order on 6 December and, although it would have been nice to arrive before Christmas, it arrived on 6 January. I don’t think that this is the fault of Zavvi, just the busyness of Christmas and all the public holidays. The Lego product is authentic and my son is super happy with his new Lego set. I am very happy with the process, the only thing that is misleading is that the company comes across as being an Australian company but it is actually based in the UK.
