For the more experienced player, the second setting Standard Rules offers more trials and challenges, as well as a need for more advanced strategy and the chance to invest in the stock market. Standard rules also splits the game in to districts, allowing you to buy shares in whatever district you like, but whether those investments will pay off or not is completely up to you! There are more than fifteen boards to choose from, each with their own layouts, shops, and other various properties to buy, which will add to your portfolio and allow you to collect the fees you earn from them.
