The City of Friends is a fun and lively place, where the community comes together in a unique way! In the City, there is a group of three very good friends. Meet Max, Ted and Elphie; the three new interns for the City's emergency services - police, ambulance and fire.
There is always something going on that needs investigating, and more often than not requires the help of all 3 teams! Whether it's a case of mistaken identity at the circus, getting in a muddle on Treasure Island, or a very special guitar missing at the City's rock concert, the recruits attend some very exciting missions and we see how they help resolve problems and make sure that everyone is safe and happy.
