The Sino-super villain Fu Manchu (Christopher Lee, The Gorgon) has retreated to his mountain lair to plan the destruction of his arch-nemesis Nayland Smith (Douglas Wilmer, Octopussy). This time, his demented plan employs plastic surgery to create a new race of killer doppelgängers... and the first looks exactly like Scotland Yard's top policeman!
