The Reason 4K UHD Shines
The Dark Knight absolutely shines in 4K,The opening moments of the film shot in IMAX are absolutely stunning with the film moving from 16.9 to IMAX during various moments of the film the picture simply explodes of the screen, colours are vibrant with inky blacks and incredible depth. The 4K comes with the original DTS HD Master 5.1 and to be honest I doubt an Atmos upgrade would have made any difference as with the 4K picture the sound is even more explosive than before,Hans Zimmer/James Newton Howards film soundtrack are incredible. An absolute must for your 4K collection
